For Express services (Rent Agreement Express ₹799): if Express delivery cannot be completed in the stated timeframe due to our error, you will receive a full refund or free reprocessing at Standard rate. If delay is due to government systems, Standard processing will continue.

If we make a verifiable error (wrong details, wrong authority), we will redo the service free or issue a full refund. Report within 7 days of receiving the document.
