We facilitate legal documentation services including E-Stamp Paper, Rent Agreement (Standard & Express), GST Registration, ITR Filing, PAN Card, Passport, Will Registration, Gift Deed, Marriage Registration, Challan Settlement, PCC, Surviving Certificate, and Birth/Death Certificate. We are a facilitation platform, not a law firm.
For eligible services (currently Rent Agreement), Express delivery is available at a higher price. Express timelines are estimates. If Express cannot be delivered in time due to technical or government issues, you will be contacted immediately and a full refund offered.
You must provide accurate, complete documents. False information may result in rejection and forfeiture of payment. You are responsible for ensuring documents are genuine.
All payments collected via Razorpay (PCI-DSS compliant) in advance. Prices include service fee and GST. Government fees are additional where applicable.
Estimated times are for guidance only. Delays due to government downtime or incomplete documents do not entitle refunds.
Maximum liability is limited to the service fee paid for that specific application.
Governed by Indian law. Disputes subject to courts in Punjab, India.
